A: A 7.5 hp compressor dedicated to the G2 is enough.
Q: What kind of
nail guns come with the G2?
A: Nailguns are normally supplied by the buyer. Usually the buyers
nail supplier will send the guns to us to be mounted on the machine.
Q: How well does
the bottom gun work upside down?
A: The bottom guns actually drive more reliably due to the pop-it
valve staying oiled since the guns are inverted.
Q: What kind of
power requirements does the G2 have?
A: 120volt AC, 30 amp circuit
Q: Can I use
recycled lumber?
A: Yes, but some care must be taken when laying the boards.
Q: How quick is
the changeover?
A: A typical changeover takes 5 minutes or less.
Q: Do the deck
boards have to be the same thickness?
A: No but they need to be within 1/4 inch.

to install?
A: Installation is very easy. Put the stacker in place, hook up your
air supply, and plug into AC power.

A: THE GAP G2 USES ONLY COLLATED NAILS ON LARGE SPOOLS.

A: ON AVERAGE ONE PERSON SHOULD GET BETWEEN 300 TO 500 PALLETS IN A
TYPICAL 8 HOUR DAY. TWO PEOPLE SHOULD GET BETWEEN 600 AND 900 PALLETS
IN A TYPICAL 8 HOUR DAY.
